We are advising that they follow the latest FCDO guidance and monitor their flight status closely. Our specialist teams continue to conduct welfare checks to provide support and assistance where needed. The UK government is also requesting that British nationals currently in affected areas, register their presence in those locations. They can do so using the links below:

We would urge all customers in resort to ensure they have their airline app downloaded onto their smartphones with notifications enabled in the case that their airline may communicate with them directly.

We kindly ask that they regularly check their airline’s ‘Manage My Booking’ portal for the most up-to-date flight information. Our teams are proactively prioritising these bookings and will be in contact where travel plans are impacted if we haven’t done so already.
