place DAYS 1 - 2 - Airlie Beach

Airlie Beach

On arrival, transfer to your hotel for a two night stay. Airlie Beach is the perfect location to experience the beauty of the Whitsunday Islands. To one side, the coastline is bordered by the Great Barrier Reef and Whitsunday Islands offering stunning views of the Coral Sea and to the other the rich, rainforest-clad hills of the Conway National Park.

The main street is filled with delicious restaurants, bars, and specialty shops, as well as the famous Airlie Beach Lagoon where families and couples can relax and soak up the blissful holiday vibes this town offers. Fish the large variety of tropical fish found in the crystal blue waters or take a stroll through the local Saturday markets.

place DAY 3 - Whitsundays Cruise

Depart the Coral Sea Marina Resort this morning for a two day sailing adventure with only 12 guests, you’ll leave the crowds behind and your worries on the shore. Sail to Tongue Bay for a guided walk through National Park land to Hill Inlet Lookout, where you can take in the stunning views of Whitehaven Beach at the top. Find anchorage in a secluded bay for a chance to jump in for a snorkel and meet the underwater life. Enjoy sunset snacks with a drink and talk about the day with your new friends before dinner is served. Take a seat on deck and view the constellations above you before heading to bed.

Enjoy a hearty breakfast with a beautiful island landscape around you. Make way to the next bay for a swim or snorkel, see the fringing coral reef and the stunning marine life underwater. This afternoon you’ll arrive back at Airlie Beach before taking a boat transfer to Hamilton Island, where you will be surrounded by pristine beaches and a kaleidoscope of coral and marine life. Hamilton Island is your home for the next five nights and a perfect base for exploring the Great Barrier Reef and world-famous Whitehaven Beach.

There’s a wide selection of bars and restaurants on Hamilton Island, year-round cultural exhibitions and performances, an abundance of water sports and activities - and that's just the start. For sailing enthusiasts, there’s the Hamilton Island Yacht Club, and for keen golfers, the Hamilton Island Golf Club is the only Australian 18-hole championship course on its own island.

Journey to the Heart by Helicopter

Experience the grandeur of the Great Barrier Reef and the world-famous Heart Reef from up above on this exclusive helicopter tour before landing on a private pontoon moored in Hardy Lagoon for a glass-bottom boat tour around Heart Reef and anchoring in an adjacent lagoon for optional snorkelling in its crystalline waters.

Spend a magical night in Australia’s first underwater accommodation and have a front row seat to the dazzling underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef. Be prepared for an intimate experience that will stay with you forever.

Travel to Hardy Reef this morning, after a delicious lunch guests can explore the underwater world while snorkelling or diving. Day visitors depart mid-afternoon, after which overnight guests have Hardy Reef and Reefworld all to themselves.

Watch the sunset over the reef with a drink in your hand, followed by a starlit long-table dinner on the pontoon’s upper deck. After dinner, guests can retreat to the hushed privacy of their undersea accommodation.
